“ My favourite thing to order at Vietnamese restaurants is vermicelli! It was tasty, the meats were flavored well, and the ratio of meat to noodles was pretty decent. They had a large menu selection, especially compared to other Vietnamese restaurants so there's something for everybody. They had a special of a lobster curry dish that we tried. The lobster was a tad overcooked but this place isn't known for its seafood so it's alright. Overall I had a good experience and I thought the servers were very kind and attentive. My family loves coming here! ”

“ Best Sate beef soup in the city!!! I have tried many many places, and nothing tops this place. Sometimes they can forget to put in the utensils/extra hot sauce, and the price on skip is outrageous (you definitely have to pick up in person) but there's literally not one single thing that this restaurant could do wrong that would ever make me stop coming here. Loyal for life. No one can beat their flavours or fresh ingredients. If I could give more stars, I would! ”

“ We were in Calgary today and have not been here since 2019. So a good time to see if Saigon Maxim was as good as I remember. Put In our order an yes it brought back memories it was great. Loved the chicken wings fresh and tasty very hot not spicy but hot great crispy loved them . The shrimp rolls very fresh. The noodle bowls great hot and tasty. Enough food that we even brought some home. Will we come back yes and hopefully sooner than the lull because of .. well you know. Loved the food. ”
